Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business systems and/or processes to identify user needs
• Document requirements
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the business, industry, and/or product
• Responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and implementing improvements to business systems and processes
• Gather, store, and report analytical data to support a variety of delivery process and measurement initiatives
• Work with programmers and business stakeholders to ensure functional specifications are accurate and fully-defined
