Choice Is Yours program
TIES provides special transportation services for students in the Choice Is Yours program. In this program, low-income students in Minneapolis are bused to 57 schools in eight surrounding districts.
Districts save money with TIES special transportation services because costs are shared and no extra staff is needed to provide phone support. These services include:
- Routing between all school districts
- Certified drivers
- All phone support for parents and schools
- Information for annual state reporting
