TIES Conference Center
The Conference Center includes the Grand Hall, the Larpenteur Room and two classrooms.
The Grand Hall can be configured in a variety of ways for meetings of up to 200 people.
Adjacent to the Grand Hall are two classrooms, each with Internet access, projector and screen.
The Larpenteur Room can accommodate up to 60 people.
TIES Training Center
The Training Center has five computer labs, one conference room seating upto 40 people and a sunny lounge and reception area.
The Training Center Conference Room can be configured in classroom or horseshoe seating.
The Training Center Mac and PC labs offer hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology.
The Training Center Lounge and reception area provides a comfortable spot for lunches and breaks.
Meeting rooms
The Boardroom accommodates up to 20 people in a dignified setting.
Next to the Boardroom, the Studio is a relaxed space conducive to creativity for up to 10 people. The Boardroom and Studio make a great combo for administrative retreats.
The Fourth-Floor Conference Room seats up to 20.
The Video Conferencing Room has state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment and seats up to 10 people.
The Snelling Room holds up to 30 people.
The Fair View Room accommodates up to 25 people.
The Hoyt Room holds up to 16 people.
The Auditorium seats 130 people, with a large space for displays and breakout tables.
All meeting rooms are wired for the Internet and have projectors and screens. Ample parking is available on the grounds.
